DO
Four verbs. Not three.
The four verbs
DO is the engine of the Candex. Four movements, each one necessary, each one building on the last. Skip one and the whole thing collapses.
Deconstruct
Take apart what you’ve been told. Not to destroy it — to see how it was built. Every belief, every assumption, every “of course” — examine the joints. Most of what you hold wasn’t chosen. It was installed.
Investigate
Once the inherited structure is apart, look at what’s left. What survives the deconstruction? What holds up when you stop relying on authority and start relying on evidence — external, internal, communal? This is where the real work begins.
Synthesize
Take what survived and build something coherent. Not a reconstruction of the old structure — a new one, built from what you’ve verified yourself. This is where understanding becomes wisdom. Where information becomes knowledge.
Act
Knowledge without action is decoration. You’ve deconstructed, investigated, synthesized — now move. Not recklessly. Not performatively. But with the clarity that comes from having done the work. Act on what you know to be true, not on what you’ve been told to believe.
